Sara Sahores (b. 1998) is a visual artist and photographer from Buenos Aires, Argentina, currently based in London. She studied Architecture at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Photography at the Royal College of Art.

Her practice spans a variety of techniques and formats, from digital and analog processes to C-type printing, rayograms, risography, Polaroids, and screen-printing.

Sara’s photographic vision relies on the idea of the photographer as a collector of images, sometimes pushing the idea of appropriation to the extreme. She is driven by an obsession similar to that of an archivist, but rooted in the pursuit of pleasure as the only criterion. From mundane moments to very specific objects, Sara will try to capture anything that sparks her personal punctuum, her desire to possess and collect.
